Price Information:
All prices starts from advertised price, and include one person. One child under 2 years may stay free of charge in a child’s cot or crib. All older children or adults are charged $10 per person per night when using existing beds.
We do our best to ensure prices on online booking systems reflect our actual costs, but additional charges and commissions may apply. Large or group bookings:
We are happy to quote a price to accommodate large families, group bookings, long term bookings, and companies. Simply get in touch with us to discuss any special requirements your group may have. We may be able to provide discounts and special prices, depending on the circumstances of your booking.
Booking Terms & Cancellation Policies:
When booking with the Estelle Kramer Motel, please be aware of our booking terms and cancellation policies.
A credit card is needed to secure a booking (unless otherwise agreed by management). Full payment is required on check-in.
Cancellations or changes must be organised 7 days prior to the check-in date, otherwise the full amount (or a cancellation fee of $35 per room per night) will be charged to your credit card.
We make no exceptions for ‘no shows’ and late changes/cancellations/reduction of agreed accommodation for any reason. This includes: individuals and companies who make last-minute changes due to weather conditions, project changes, the legal systems such as courts, early finish of a project, and other various issues that are outside of our control.
We accept payment via Direct Deposit, but charges must be cleared prior to stay.
A non-refundable deposit and purchase order may be required for large and high-risk bookings in peak periods. While we endeavour to keep our bookings accurate, mistakes can be made particularly with very advanced bookings, large group bookings, and bookings that have been changed multiple times. We always advise that you contact us one week before check-in to confirm your booking in peak periods.

*All Apartment Style rooms have full undercover parking. Under cover parking is available to most other rooms. Shelter may be full or partial, depending on the size of the vehicle.
**Our Internet is a high-speed broadband. Wireless internet is provided at no additional charge to our guests only. Please be advised that our wireless system may not be compatible with all computers, and may be subject to technical difficulties. Sorry, we are unable to provide assistance with connecting to the wireless network.
***The layout of Estelle Kramer is generally disabled-friendly, with most rooms being on the ground floor. Please note that the Apartment Style rooms have steps.
